BUSINESS  ACCOUNTS:  

NEW ACCOUNTS:  Customers requesting open terms must provide 3 (three) trade/credit references including names, addresses and phone numbers of their suppliers and information pertaining to business bank accounts.   Copy of your resale tax ID certificate (we are obligated by law to have a copy of your resale tax on file).  Angels Forever reserves the right to accept/deny and/or open/close any accounts without explanation. 

*PRICES:  All prices are at resale prices, FOB Katy, Texas and are subject to change without notice. 

TERMS:  Net 30 (thirty) terms available upon credit approval.  We also accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.  A finance charge of 18% (eighteen percent) per month will be assessed against any unpaid balance over 30 (thirty) days from invoice date.  There will be a $30.00 (thirty US dollars) fee for any returned checks.  Angels Forever reserves the right to accept or deny any order without explanation. 

 *RETURNS:  Absolutely no returns without prior authorization; contact ANGELS FOREVER.  A (twenty percent) 20% restocking fee will be assessed.  If a return is approved, an Authorized Return Number will be issued and must accompany the returned merchandise.  The customer is responsible for all shipping charges and shipping charges are non-refundable. Angels Forever reserves the right to deny any request for returning merchandise without explanation. 

 *SHIPMENTS:  Angels Forever strives to make your shipment quick and as complete as possible.  All merchandise will be shipped via UPS (our preferred vendor).  Insurance, signature and/or receipt of delivery is required, this is not an option.  We do not offer COD deliveries.  Angels Forever reserves the right to bill shipping charges separately.  Orders generally shipped within three-five (3-5) business days of placing an order. 

*CLAIMS:  Claims for defective merchandise or shipping damage must be made directly to Angels Forever and the carrier within three-five (3-5) business day of receipt of merchandise.   Retain all packing materials and the original carton for inspection.

 GENERAL ACCOUNTS

TERMS (non-business accounts):   Full payment is required when placing an order, no exceptions.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, check or money orders.   Orders paid by Check or Money Order will ship ten (10) business days after the Check or Money Order has been deposited into Angels Forever’s bank account.  Angels Forever reserves the right to accept or deny any order without explanation.  *All sales and layaways are taken seriously! Every effort is made to describe each item accurately and in detail.  Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact us prior to making your purchase.  All orders are subject to shipping charges and applicable taxes. 

LAYAWAY (non-business accounts):  An option for purchasing any of the Angels Forever Collection dolls.  No exceptions.  A deposit of $100 (one hundred US dollars) is required.  Sixty (60) days maximum from date deposit was accepted by Angels Forever.  Deposit and payments are non-refundable.  Full payment of layaway is required prior to shipping.  Customer is responsible for all shipping charges and applicable taxes.
